Substitutions link

I made some Banana cake (aka banana bread) today and had thought I was out of eggs. So, I looked up egg substitutions on the internet and found this great link: http://www.baking911.com/pantry/subs_eggs.htm Anyway, it turned out that I had the required 4 eggs for my recipe when I thought I had only had 2.
